Orders & Shipping
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your favourite items, and check out securely online.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and secure online payment gateways such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed in GBP (£).
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, meaning most UK orders arrive within 4–9 working days from order confirmation.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet. We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders — with no minimum spend.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email help@weardoza.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a free pre-paid return label and instructions.
Q: How are returns handled?
A: All returns are processed by mail. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier location. Always keep your proof of postage.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We provide free return labels for all approved returns and exchanges.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. Replacements ship free of charge once your return is received.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, and will be sent back to your original payment method in GBP (£).
Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or items removed from sealed packaging. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products are also non-returnable unless faulty.
